The Action Plan

Action Plan 

           No challenge or decision make any sense unless you know what exactly you are going to do.


So, part of the challenge, Here are the target for me to achieve 

  1. Working on Odoo projects as techno functional consultant and do some development as and when needed.
  2. Learn Odoo and get Odoo certification. Odoo 12 and all the upcoming versions.
  3. Create generic module and share it for free with in the community.
  4. create guide and documentation and share it for free.
  5. Technical and functional help to the community 
1. Odoo projects
      I already working on some odoo projects. I'll continue do that and try to be as much professional as possible. So, target for this section is to sign off 20 projects with in the duration.

2. Odoo Certification
      In Any area, it feels good to have certification/endorsement on the area you are working on. So, the target is to get the the Odoo certification in one week for Odoo 12. And get certified in Odoo upcoming versions 13, 14 & 15 (Expecting one version every year)

3. Generic Module
    Lot of functionality in Odoo are contribution of the community. We have to give back something to the community. Goal is to create and maintain 20 Generic modules for the community. I'll take the requirement and suggestion for the modules and functionality form the community.

4. Guide
    There are lot of documentation, full and partial, in the community. I'll pick some topics and prepare some guide so that, things would be much easier for the learners. I'll have to prepare guide for 50 topics. Technical and functional and everything in between.

5. Help community
    Help any one need real support on any topic I can support. I'm planning to spend 20% of the time on this. That would be 2,000 hrs of support to community.
   
     So, I'm committing 10,000 hrs on odoo. considering 8 hrs per day, 22 days a month,

That is a big commitment to become a world class expert on Odoo. Its a long journey, Looking forward for all your support.
